1 DORMITORIO 2-4 PAX
El Apartamento de 1 Dormitorio dispone de cama doble en el dormitorio, salón con sofá cama muy confortable y zona de comedor, cuarto de baño, cocina con menaje y electrodomésticos. Bonita terraza, ropa de cama y toallas, Aire acondicionado e internet wifi.

2 DORMITORIOS 4-6 PAX
El Apartamento de 2 Dormitorios dispone de una cama doble en un dormitorio y dos camas en otro dormitorio, salón con sofá cama muy confortable y zona de comedor, 2 cuartos de baño, cocina con menaje y electrodomésticos. Bonita Terraza, ropa de cama y toallas, Aire acondicionado e internet wifi.

SOBRE LOS APARTAMENTOS

Los Apartamentos son muy luminosos y soleados con bonitas vistas despejadas. Su decoración es moderna, elegante y funcional. El edificio dispone de aparcamiento gratuito en la entrada y plazas de garaje por un suplemento. En el momento de reservar se cargará la primera noche de la estancia y el resto se abonará a la llegada, se podrá cancelar la reserva de forma gratuita, sin cargo hasta 7 dias antes de la llegada. En temporada alta el plazo de devolución gratuito será hasta 14 días antes de la llegada. En tarifas No Reembolsables, se cargará la estancia completa y no tiene devolución. Se abonará un depósito reembolsable a la salida. A la llegada el apartamento estará equipado con ropa de cama, toallas, kit de limpieza y papel higiénico, después lo que necesite correrá por cuenta del cliente. La entrega de llaves es hasta las 21:00h. pm. La entrega de llaves después de éste horario comporta un suplemento de 25€, que se cobrará en efectivo a la llegada y hasta las 12:00h de la media noche. La entrega de llaves después de éste horario se realizará al día siguiente. Disponemos de servicio de alquilar de bicicletas, ciclomotores. También disponemos de servicio de Transfer desde y hacia el Aeropuerto por un suplemento.

ABOUT THE APARTMENTS

In high season the period of free return will be up to 14 days before arrival. In non-refundable rates, the entire stay will be charged and there is no refund. A refundable deposit will be paid on departure. Upon arrival, the apartment will be equipped with bed linen, towels, cleaning kit and toilet paper, then what you need will be borne by the client. Key delivery is until 9:00 p.m. p.m. The delivery of keys after these hours carries a supplement of €25, which will be charged in cash upon arrival and until 12:00 midnight. NORMAS Y RECOMENDACIONES

5. A la hora del check-out los apartamentos se entregaran sin basura y con el menaje de cocina limpio tal y como se entregan a la llegada.

6. Tenga especial cuidado con NO dejar las llaves del apartamento puesta en la cerradura por dentro de la vivienda, ya que habría que llamar a un cerrajero y los gastos correrían por parte del cliente.

7. La pérdida de llaves o mandos de puerta de garaje comporta un suplemento de 40€

8. El uso responsable del agua, así como del Aire acondicionado (no dejarlo encendido cuando no se encuentre en la vivienda) y la electricidad repercute en el bien de todos y sobre el medio ambiente, recuérdelo y téngalo en cuenta, gracias.

9. En la Piscina, queda expresamente no permitido bañarse fuera de su horario de apertura. Por seguridad No lleve platos, vasos, ni envases de cristal. Utilice la ducha antes de entrar en la piscina, especialmente si viene de la playa con arena. Utilice sus auriculares en la zona, no todo el mundo desea escuchar música. No salte en bomba a la piscina. No están permitido las colchonetas dentro del agua. Y no utilice el flotador salvavidas para jugar. Todas estas recomendaciones en el area de la piscina repercuten en el bienestar de todos, gracias.
