La piscina de agua salada al aire libre, así como las zonas ajardinadas con una espectacular variedad de plantas, y un hermoso Patio Andaluz se pueden disfrutar en el edificio anexo durante todo el año. Resultan muy agradables para leer ó relajarse escuchando el canto de algún pájaro, también pueden distraerse jugando al ping pong.
Dispone de aparcamiento gratuito en la entrada y plazas de garaje por un suplemento, según disponibilidad. La comunicación es fantástica, con salida directa a la Autovía del Mediterráneo. Frente a los apartamentos y a solo 80 metros, se encuentra la última parada de Bus, la Linea 3 con destino al centro histórico, su frecuencia es de linea regular cada 7 minutos.
Se encuentra rodeado de todos los servicios, supermercados, panadería, mercado municipal, farmacia, centro de salud, tiendas, restaurantes, cafeterías, y bares muy próximos en Echeverría de El Palo, a solo 2 minutos en coche. El centro comercial Rincón de la Victoria se encuentra a 5km y ofrece diferentes zonas de ocio como: cines, tiendas, restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercado, etc.
Los apartamentos disponen de Aire Acondicionado (frío/calor), TV de pantalla plana y conexión Wi-Fi a Internet. La zona de salón incluye una agradable sala de estar y una mesa de comedor. Las cocinas incluyen un menaje apropiado y suficiente para varios días de estancia con electrodomésticos como: microondas, frigorífico, lavadora, cafetera, etc. Plancha, hervidor de agua y secador de pelo los podrá conseguir en recepción bajo disponibilidad.
Todos los apartamentos se entregan limpios con ropa de cama y toallas, si tuviera alguna falta de estos detalles en el momento de su recibimiento puede comunicarlo el mismo día de su llegada para resolver cualquier cuestión en ese momento.
Frente a los apartamentos se encuentran el Club de Tenis, Paddel y Golf El Candado y a menos de un kilómetro el Puerto deportivo con el mismo nombre. Tanto El Club de Tenis, como el Club Naútico disponen de su propio Restaurante y ofrecen un fantástico menú diario así como riquísimos platos a la carta, el Restaurante Candado Golf dispone de su exquisito Restaurante donde podrá degustar excelentes platos de cocina gourmet.
Nuestra situación es muy propia para vacaciones y para desconectar del ajetreo diario y alejarse del stress, podrá disfrutar de la ciudad y del centro histórico sin padecer sus aglomeraciones. Si usted viaja en coche le resultará muy agradable encontrar aparcamiento en la entrada a su llegada y tener la opción también de disponer de las plazas de garaje privado que se ofrecen bajo petición y disponibilidad.

The outdoor saltwater pool, as well as the garden areas with a spectacular variety of plants, and a beautiful Andalusian Patio can be enjoyed in the annex building throughout the year. They are very pleasant to read or relax listening to the song of a bird, they can also be distracted by playing ping pong.
There is free parking at the entrance and parking spaces for a fee, depending on availability. The communication is fantastic, with direct access to the Mediterranean Highway. In front of the apartments and only 80 meters away, there is the last bus stop, Line 3 to the historic center, its frequency is regular every 7 minutes.
It is surrounded by all services, supermarkets, bakery, municipal market, pharmacy, health center, shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars very close in Echeverría de El Palo, just 2 minutes by car. The Rincón de la Victoria shopping center is 5km away and offers different leisure areas such as cinemas, shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, etc.
The apartments have Air Conditioning (hot / cold), flat screen TV and Wi-Fi Internet connection. The lounge area includes a pleasant living room and a dining table. The kitchens include an appropriate and sufficient utensils for several days of stay with appliances such as: microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, etc. Iron, kettle and hair dryer can be obtained at reception upon availability.
All apartments are delivered clean with bed linen and towels, if you have any lack of these details at the time of your reception you can communicate the same day of your arrival to resolve any issue at that time.
Opposite the apartments is the Tennis, Paddle and Golf Club El Candado and less than a kilometer away from the Marina with the same name. Both the Tennis Club and the Yacht Club have their own restaurant and offer a fantastic daily menu as well as delicious à la carte dishes, the Candado Golf Restaurant has its exquisite restaurant where you can taste excellent gourmet cuisine.
Our situation is very own for holidays and to disconnect from the daily hustle and get away from stress, you can enjoy the city and the historic center without suffering its crowds. If you travel by car you will find it very pleasant to find parking at the entrance upon arrival and also have the option of having the private parking spaces offered on request and availability.
